We want to put things right quickly.

1. Email dbarker99@dbxdreamdraws.co.uk with your name, account email, the competition and what went wrong.
2. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
3. We'll send a full response within 14 days. If we need longer, we'll tell you why.
4. If you're not happy with our answer, you can ask for it to be reviewed by a senior member of the team.
